DEM Ministry Letter – May 2025

Dear Friend,

Welcome to May, 2025. Glory to Jesus Christ our resurrected, reigning and ruling saviour Jesus Christ, forevermore. We can never cease to thank God for His faithfulness and endless love towards us. God demonstrated His greatest redemptive love for mankind through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Hallelujah! By the grace and power of the cross, sin no longer has dominion over us! We have died with Jesus to sin, and resurrected with Jesus to live in His righteousness and holiness. We are no longer slaves to the devil and sin but we are slaves of righteousness! We have received power through faith in Christ to live and be His witnesses.

“For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin. For he who has died has been freed from sin. Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no longer has dominion over Him. For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members asinstruments of righteousness to God. For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.” Romans 6:5-14.

“But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness.” Romans 6:17-18.

Friend, we owe our very lives to God. Jesus came to seek and save the lost therefore let us live for Jesus! Cease every opportunity this month to witness and preach the good news. Make every contact count by seeking, saving and discipling the nations around you.

“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” Galatians 2:20.

Beloved, never forget that Jesus Christ gives life to dead things! (Luke 7:11-17).

I pray that Jesus will touch your coffin, and resurrect your lost hopes, dreams and revive you!

“Coming out, He went to the Mount of Olives, as He was accustomed, and His disciples also followed Him. When He came to the place, He said to them, “Pray that you may not enter into temptation.” And He was withdrawn from them about a stone’s throw, and He knelt down and prayed, saying, “Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.” Then an angel appeared to Him from heaven, strengthening Him. And being in agony, He prayed more earnestly. Then His sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground. When He rose up from prayer, and had come to His disciples, He found them sleeping from sorrow. Then He said to them, “Why do you sleep? Rise and pray, lest you enter into temptation.” Luke 22:39-46

This month, I pray that you will increase in patience, receive new hope, and stir up the faith of Jesus in you to see the full manifestation of the promises of God.
May you receive new strength to fight and gain victory over doing your own will. Allow the Holy Spirit to bring you to a place of total surrender and dependence on Jesus and death to self will, fears, pride, selfishness and every work of the flesh. I pray for the perfect and complete will of God be done and manifested in every area of your life, family, ministry and finances in Jesus mighty name.

Friend, this month go and tell everyone the good news of this new eternal life that God gives in Jesus Christ.
