DEM Ministry Letter – September 2025

DEM Ministry Letter – September 2025

Dearly beloved brethren and partners in Christ,

Peace be multiplied to you through Jesus Christ our saviour.  We continue to thank God for your partnership in ministry, as co-labourers with Christ, 1 Corinthians 3:9, Romans 16:3.

All praise and thanks be to God for the success of the Back to School Prayer Meeting for the Nations, which was held on Saturday 30th August on Zoom.  Thank you for all of your prayers yielding yourselves to God as we commit the mountain of education, our youths and children, schools, colleges and universities in our nations to God, praying that His will and purpose will be established not only in our current generation but as a lasting legacy to the generations to come.

Dear brethren, be encouraged. Our prayers are not in vain, for the Bible says in Psalms 65:2, Rev. 5:8 and 8:4 that the prayers of the saints (you and I- alongside those of the universal body of Christ),  are before the Lord as a sweet smelling incense, causing divine intervention in the earth.  Therefore be encouraged, keep praying over your family and your children. Keep praying over the next generation of intercessors, gatekeepers and watchmen who will rise after us to take their place on the walls of the Nations and the body of Christ if the Lord tarries. Psalm 127:4 – 5 “Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. How joyful is the man whose quiver is full of them! He will not be put to shame when he confronts his accusers at the city gates.”

It was such a joy to see so many of our young people minister to the Lord in song, with many different instruments, lead the prayers and also minister and teach the Word of God so powerfully praise God!  God is indeed doing a great thing and we thank and praise Him for it!

As we enter this new month of September, we are down to the last three months of the year 2025. The season is changing, but the vision and the work does not change.  There is no “off season” in the Kingdom.  God expects us to bear fruit at all times and to be fruitful in every season.  Let us remember to keep labouring in prayer, keep on doing good works, keep reaching out to the lost.  There is a great reward for those who persevere. Romans 12:12 ”Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.”Colossians 4:2 “Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.”  Remember as long as we abide in Christ, we are evergreen and ever fruitful.  Psalm 92:12-14 “The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon; planted in the house of the Lord, they will flourish in the courts of our God. They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green,”.

So whatever you are facing or going through, remain encouraged. “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9, be of single eye and focus. Allow the Holy Spirit to work through you to bring His vision to pass in your life, the life of your loved ones, your community, ministry and all that He has committed into your hands.

As Apostle Paul said Philippians 3:13-14 “Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.”

Dear friend, once you have gotten hold of the vision, keep pressing into it, keep praying, keep yielding to the Holy Spirit stay focused, by keeping your eyes firmly on Jesus. Heb. 12:2 “fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Keep focused on what He has asked you to do, that is how we persevere through tough times and all seasons and this is how we fulfill the vision of our lives. What does it mean to persevere? It means to continue in a course of action even in the face of difficulty or with little or no indication of success.

Here at DEM, we know this is our decade to seek, save and disciple the lost. There is so much work for us to do as a ministry!  Indeed the harvest is plentiful but the labourers are few! Please do seek God in prayer for greater clarity on what God wants you to do and which part He wants you to play in the ministry, prayerfully ask the Holy Spirit to show it to you.  You click HERE to read our 10 year vision (it opens up in canva) Please do reach out via email if you want to do more or you believe the Lord is giving you greater clarity or you have greater capacity to do more and take on more responsibility within any of the arms of the ministry.

Till we meet again next month, you are always in our prayers.  “Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, 21 Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.” (Hebrews 13:20-21).
