Dear Friend,
Welcome to the month of May 2023. We give God thanks for His goodness and mercy towards us the past four months.
We continue to live in very challenging times. There is an increasing level of unbelief, rejection of Christ and the gospel of His kingdom. However, this is the greatest season for the church to arise and preach the total gospel of God’s kingdom, which is able to save and give eternal life to All who believe.
Friend, let’s not loose hope because of the increasing sin and wickedness in our world today. Rather let’s believe the word of the Lord in Romans 5:20-21 “ Moreover the law entered that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more, so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
We need to be strong in the grace that is in Jesus Christ so we can continue to seek, save and disciple the nations.
As we journey through this fifth month let’s be reminded that the number five represents God’s grace.
Spend some time meditating and praying with the below scriptures this month. As you do so May great grace come upon you to seek, save and disciple the nations.
“And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all.” Acts 4:33
“But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.” 1 Corinthians 15:10
“So he answered and said to me: “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts. Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone With shouts of “Grace, grace to it!” Zechariah 4:6-7
